Delete your ARK TMS Driver account
About your account
ARK TMS Driver accounts are created by your carrier. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
- In the app: open Profile → Delete account and submit the request.
- Without the app: email admin@runonark.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my account”. Include your full name and your carrier's name.
We confirm and process requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your access to the ARK TMS Driver app
- Your personal profile (name, email, phone, photo)
- Chat messages and data stored only for app use
What is kept
Records your carrier is required by U.S. law to keep, such as driver qualification files, load documents (BOL/POD), inspection and accident reports, and settlement records. These are retained by your carrier for the period required by FMCSA and tax regulations, then deleted.
